The community of Grand Rapids is having a summertime celebration July 7 through July 9!
The party will kick off Friday night at 5pm with ringing of the Town Hall bell, Faith Yoga at the park, music, art, and drinks at Wright Pavilion, "Grease" being performed at Town Hall (7p), and an ice cream social at the Old Fire Station (9:30pm).

Saturday visitors can expect artists on the towpath, a parade at 10am, Chicken BBQ at the fire station at 11am, GAS DISC Golf at Mary Jane Thurston, children's crafts at the old fire station from 12p-2:30p, rubber duck race in the canal at 3pm, sidewalk chalk competition near Town Hall, and "Grease" being performed at Town Hall at 7pm.
Sunday's events will include motor car rides, puppy parade beginning at 4pm at Howard Park, Cardboard Boat Regatta at 1pm in the canal, "Grease" at Town Hall at 2pm, and Dollar Day at the Pool!
